Mental Health Counseling

You would like to live a meaningful life and to expand your horizons towards rewarding achievements. Acceptance and an evolutionary attitude while facing challenges will contribute to overcoming physical and emotional suffering.

I am here for those who would like to meet realistic goals to accomplish a life with values, hopes, and self-confidence. My purpose is to facilitate the personal space for your growth and to achieve that life you've being dreaming of attaining. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you unfold your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating.

By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

My therapeutic approach with my clients is one of compassion, acceptance, respect, consideration, comprehension, and patience. I know how to listen to my patients.

The ears of my heart are wide open while my professional skills guide them all the way through the healing process. I do not advise clients, rather guide them to travel along their path in their own time.

I studied at Argosy University of Nashville where I earned my Degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor in 2012, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Psychology and Speech Communication at Middle Tennessee State University in 2006.

My tailor therapy techniques meet the individual needs of each client because each person deserves a personalized and unique therapy approach.

Together, we will collaboratively determine your goals for therapy, and if the therapy should be short- or long-term. Excerpt: The right therapist can promote self-actualization, empower self-growth, improve relationships, and reduce emotional suffering.

What are my mental health benefits?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
